This is by far the best childcare center in the area. The owners are the most genuine people I have ever met and truly care about the children, staff and families. The leadership team are transparent and professional and set the standard on how a childcare center should be operated. The teachers all seem happy which to me is the most important aspect as this sets the tone of how the children will learn. My son loves Primrose and talks about it everyday. Our family is blessed to have encountered such a wonderful preschool where we can feel safe, trusted and supported. Thank you Primrose School of Schertz for the love you pour into every aspect of your school.
The teachers are genuinely loving and patient. They treat the kids like their own, always clean, organized, and full of creative and fun activities!
We've had nothing but wonderful experiences here our son has attended for 6 years now and they continue to provide the warmth, structure snd consistency from day one! The Leadership team is caring and very communicative and the teachers are incredibly patient and kind. Highly recommend!
This learning center has exceeded all my expectations! I am always warmly greeted by the staff. I see the teachers engaged with the children and enjoying the activities. The children are busy and interacting with each other. The center is clean and inviting. I would happily refer this center to anyone! LC
I decided to post this review after several failed attempts, three exactly, to get in contact with the director about where my daughter stands on the wait list. You were only eager to speak with me to take my money and never called or bothered to reach back out to me after that. Its been a year and a half and nothing. Can't even get a call back. That's not right to do that to families. All of the families you've done this to should be refunded since you fail to uphold your end and fail to do as little as communicate!
