We LOVE EHAT so much! After years of driving past this preschool and daycare and not thinking we were in need of their services, we found out we were having a surprise baby number three and immediately we knew we wanted to tour EHAT because it is so convenient to our house. We loved it from the first day we set foot inside. Monica, the Director, leads her team with love and structure and the kids are clearly thriving under her care. The day we toured the school, they even had some summer teachers who used to be students at the school, which was a huge testimony to us about how much kids must love the culture at EHAT if they want to come back as teachers! Our son has been attending for 9 months and his face lights up every morning when I drop him off and he realizes he is at school. He loves his teachers and his teachers take such good care of him. We appreciate getting daily updates (with photos!) of all of his meals, snacks and activities and it has really helped us keep him on a regular rhythm. We also appreciate the activities they do with the babies to help them with fine motor skills, strengthening their bodies and learning to self feed. All such critical skills! Overall, I can't think of a single negative thing to say about EHAT. This school and the EHAT community has been such a huge blessing to our family.
When I first heard of a Spanish immersion school near Drip, I was incredibly excited. My 7 year old never really learned Spanish and doesn’t communicate with my family the way his other cousins do. Currently, our 14 month old has been attending EHAT since he was 6 mos old and I can already see he understands so many more words in Spanish than I could have expected! EHAT is owned and operated by Monica and her family. I especially appreciate this because it feels like a homegrown environment. They and their staff have become like our own family. We’ve celebrated birthdays and now holidays with them. They are thoughtful, caring and even watch our boys at our home for date nights. Our 14 mos old gets so happy when we arrive to drop him off. He comes home with a new hairstyle every day and I know this special time makes him feel deeply loved and cared for. I have also asked Monica for some of the school material she uses so I can go back to teaching my elder son Spanish. This is a great school, you can hear all of the students speaking Spanish, see them smiling and happy.
Our son has been at EHAT since he was 4 months old (he is now 2.5 years), and we adore the school. He has had three teachers, all wonderful. He is treated like family and loves going to school. EHAT is very warm - the teachers hug and give affection and clearly care about the kids in their class. Miss Moni and her sons do a great job running the school. They have helped our son with potty training (doing a better job than us lol) and other tough transitions, like when we brought our second son home. If we ever have a question or concern, they are very responsive, always with patience and kindness. With my husband and I both working full time, it is such a relief to us to send our son somewhere where he is surrounded by other loving adults during the day. And communication is top notch. We couldn’t recommend EHAT more!
My youngest child is enrolled at EHAT for his third year. We’ve had a wonderful experience. There is so much variety and activities included in the program you don’t find elsewhere for both physical and academic development. This is our third private school with our oldest in public school. There is a night and day difference with EHAT. The owner is actively involved, enthusiastic and proud of her school. My child is greeted every morning with open arms and I can tell he’s happy and comfortable here. He’s learning a tremendous amount and always wants to learn more. Any concerns I voice are always taken seriously. All of the staff have been kind and helpful, I wouldn’t want my child to go anywhere else. We are blessed to have found this gem of a school.
EHAT has been the absolute best place for my baby! The owner, Monica, is not only professional, but kind and sweet to the kiddos. The children love her, and the teachers have been incredible and you can see they truly care about the kids. We have been here for about a year and a half, and it makes me feel so at ease when I see my 2 year old running to Monica’s arms or the arms of one of his teachers in the morning ready to start his day. My child is thriving, he has fun, he is cared for, and to top it off - he is fully bilingual! I can’t say enough great things about EHAT. Our family feels so lucky to be a part of the EHAT community.
