Holy Word Christian Academy

Before attending Holy Word, our daughter was at a different daycare where we constantly felt stressed—she was sick all the time, and the staff seemed to change every month. We honestly didn’t know how good it could be until we came to Holy Word. Here, we found peace sending both of our children each day, and we’ve also gained an incredible community of friends in the parents and staff. This is not just a place to drop your kids off—every teacher genuinely cares and puts so much time, energy, and heart into making each day fun, safe, and educational. We are thankful for Holy Word every single day.

When we had our first kid 3 years ago, we were on the fence about sending them so young to daycare vs doing a nanny share. Since then, we've had no regrets due to the great care, learning and faith environment that Holy Word fosters. Its been a great experience and the newest member of our family also now attends. Highly recommend and the price point is also well worth it. Shout out to the Holy Word teachers because they rock!!!!

I’m not a member of Holy Word Church, but my daughter attends their daycare in the Toucans group, and I’ve been absolutely blown away by the quality of care and educations she is receiving! Her teacher, Mrs. Yessie, and the other staff are wonderful. My daughter adores them, and every time I visit, the children are clearly engaged, happy, and well-supervised. The daycare also shares photos and updates throughout the day on the Brightwheel app, which is a pleasant way to stay connected to what they are doing! I especially appreciate that they follow the HighScope educational philosophy, which encourages kids to plan, do, and review through hands-on, active learning rather than direct instruction. It’s a fantastic approach, and most importantly, my daughter truly enjoys it. Overall, I couldn’t be more impressed or grateful. Highly recommend Holy Word’s daycare!

We toured and interviewed an embarrassing amount of schools before deciding to take our daughter to Holy Word. I was convinced that we were looking for the best combination of sterility and safety in a school, and nothing else. While Holy Word has the best parts of those things, what it really feels like is home. In no other visit did we find all of the kids, teachers, and parents all smiling and happy. 3 years in, and nothing has changed. It’s the best decision we’ve made for our family and I’d highly recommend anyone searching for values-based development and learning to take a look.

Our son loved his time at Holy Word! His teachers were so loving and encouraging. He met friends that he still stays in touch with. As parents, we loved our time at Holy Word because it had such a welcoming, family atmosphere and his teachers were very caring. They made sure to communicate with us and we knew he was in great hands every day!
