What Parents Say
5 reviews from parents
As a nervous first time mom, this has been the best experience! My son loves all of his teachers. They genuinely care about him and take really good care of him. One time, I was in an adjacent room getting his belongings before I picked him up. The teachers and my son didn't know I was there, but I could hear what was happening in the classroom. I hear them encouraging my son, he starts belly laughing, and then the teachers all laughing with him and clapping for him. I felt like a fly on the wall witnessing a sweet moment. It just felt so peaceful knowing that my son feels safe and happy with his teachers! The administrative staff is also so welcoming/helpful too. Also, the facility is clean and nice. It really feels home-y!
My child came from Stepping Stone which was a huge mistake. Within a week (seriously…a WEEK) of moving over to Phase Family Learning Center there was a dramatic change in my child’s attitude. She has been much happier, and doesn’t even tell me bye as she runs off to wash her hands then play. She’s always excited for school now when her previous place she still was apprehensive of leaving me even after 2 years of being there. Ms. Tasha is always welcoming with a bright smile and her tone is joyful. You can tell how much she loves her students by the way she interacts. There have been no injuries since moving my daughter over (and you can see my previous reviews of other places). I don’t worry for the safety of my child. Ms. Tasha takes potty training seriously, and gives us updates daily. This has been a huge help at home. Every photo or video I receive my child is happy and participating in events when her precious care she was not. I really cannot commend Ms. Tasha enough for the care the children in her classroom receive. We initially toured this place because two of my coworkers used to teach here and their kids are still enrolled. My coworkers have seen what happens “behind the scenes,” and have left their children here which should speak volumes. When touring we could see how serious they are about keeping the place clean and they even have a 3rd party service come in to help maintain. Again Ms. Tasha has them wash their hands when entering which should also tell you how serious they are about cleanliness and not spreading germs. Phase learning operates below the state ratios, and has two teachers in each classroom and floating teachers to step in when one is out for any reason. So in butterflies for an example there are 12 students and 2 teachers. State ratio is 1:15 As of writing this review I have nothing bad to say and would 100% recommend.
My daughter had been going to Life Family Learning (now Phase) for about a year and a half. Our daughter is always happy to go to school every day. She’s loved all her teachers - currently Ms. Tasha in the butterflies room, and Ms. Jessica and Ms. May in the classroom before (Busy Bees). She has good friends from being in her daycare and is learning so much. All the teachers and staff know all the kids names, which feels really good, it definitely feels like everyone really cares about the kids. The daycare is open early, which is important for us because my husband works weird hours. We weren’t sure about this option at first because it’s attached to a church and we aren’t Christian, but the daycare doesn’t include religious education or anything overtly religious so that hasn’t been an issue at all for us. We needed something last minute, and this was what we found with immediate openings at the time, so we feel like we lucked out, it has been a good environment for our daughter.
My son has been going to Phase for over a year now and we could not be happier with his care! He runs in to hug Ms Alyssa and Ms Krista each morning in his classroom and they have been such a wonderful resource for his learning. We love them! He often comes home with new words and songs and we are so happy to see them prioritizing his learning even in the toddler program. As first time parents, sending him to daycare was scary, but we have loved everyday at Phase.
Since our son started attending Phase Family Learning Center – Muller in 2023, our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Before enrolling, my husband and I were understandably anxious, but Mrs. Magda, the 3-year-old lead teacher, quickly alleviated our concerns with her warm and welcoming demeanor. Our son adores her class, and he still seeks out Mrs. Magda’s comforting hugs. Transitioning to Mrs. Jeanette’s classroom was seamless, thanks to her abundant patience and genuine care for each child. She consistently communicated with us regarding any concerns, particularly with our son’s eating habits, which we greatly appreciated. Mrs. Jeanette’s kindness and patience have been invaluable, and we are immensely grateful for her dedication. Currently, our son is thriving under the guidance of Mrs. Eva, the 4-year-old lead teacher. Through her engaging lessons, he’s not only learning Spanish and English but also developing a love for reading and learning. His enthusiasm for sharing what he’s learned with us at home is a testament to Mrs. Eva’s impactful teaching style. We also extend our gratitude to Mrs. Adelina, whose support as an assistant teacher has not gone unnoticed. Our son frequently mentions her name, and his insistence on making a Valentine’s card for her speaks volumes about the positive impact she has on him. Additionally, Mrs. Amelia, the Assistant Director, deserves recognition for her warm welcomes and proactive approach to addressing any concerns or questions we may have. Her dedication to ensuring a positive experience for both students and parents is commendable. In conclusion, we are immensely thankful to all the teachers, assistants, administrators and staff at Phase Family Learning Center – Muller for their unwavering dedication to creating a nurturing, educational and safe environment for our son to learn and grow. Your contributions have truly made a difference in his life, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to enroll him in your program.
