What Parents Say
5 reviews from parents
We love Primrose! My wife and I love how caring and attentive the teachers and staff are and it’s clear our little one loves being there, too. He’s learning so much from their curriculum and we enjoy the updates showing how much fun he’s having with his teachers and classmates. We couldn’t be happier with the experience!
Our daughter has been at Primrose Mueller for 3 months now and we love the little family we’ve made there! Her teachers in her first classroom, infant 1 were nothing short of amazing! We felt so cared for and our daughter was always happy with Ms. Brenda, Ms. Chrissie and Ms. Nae. We were a little nervous about her moving up to infant 2, but they’ve already proven to be just as wonderful. We receive thoughtful notes, and timely updates throughout the day. We’re all so thankful our baby girl is in such great hands!
We send both our kids (2.5 years and 8 months) to Primrose at Mueller and couldn’t be happier. The teachers are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in every child - it feels like everyone in the building knows our kids by name. The environment is safe, welcoming, and full of love, and we have complete confidence they’re in the best hands each day.
We absolutely love Primrose School of Austin at Mueller! The teachers are truly amazing—caring, patient, and dedicated to our child’s growth. The classroom ratios are small, which means our child gets plenty of individual attention and support. Every day at drop off, he is happy to see his teachers which further melts my heart. We especially appreciate the updates and photos we receive through the school’s app—it’s a great way to stay connected and see what he’s doing throughout the day. We couldn’t be happier with our experience here and are so grateful for the wonderful team at Primrose!
My daughter has been at Primrose for almost a year now, and she still wakes up excited to go every day. It gives us peace of mind knowing she’s happy, comfortable, and safe. Between Parents’ Night Out, “Cookie Fridays,” and the wide variety of extracurricular activities (dance, sports, swimming, and more), she’s constantly entertained and eager to learn. The teachers have been wonderful as well. They're caring, attentive, and dedicated to the kids’ growth. We couldn’t be happier with the education and environment Primrose provides!
