What Parents Say
5 reviews from parents
Growing Curiosity is an amazing Montessori preschool! Our son has thrived in their small community of caring, thoughtful teachers and curious kids! The classroom space is organized, inviting, and beautiful. And they spend a ton of time in their large playground area outside. Our son’s social emotional development and enthusiasm for learning and play have grown during his time there. And we feel he has really benefited from the mix of ages among the kids. The smaller community and time outside has also resulted in way fewer sick days than we used to have at previous schools, which is great in so many ways! We are so thankful for the smart and supportive teachers and parent community at this school, and for the amazing group of friends our son has formed.
I consider my family very fortunate to have found this gem of a pre-school for our son. He started attending at 2.5 and is now 4.5. He has grown and learned so much thanks to the caring, knowledgeable, supportive teachers/guides. Transitioning to pre-school was made easier by the knowledge that my child was valued, safe and cared for. And I must mention the community created by the staff and parents — it is truly unique and special to be a part of! We will certainly miss GC when it’s time for Kindergarten!
I cannot recommend Growing Curiosity Community School enough. My son has attended preschool here for over 2 years and not only do I love the Montessori education he receives, I also love the community. My son is listened to and valued for his ideas, contributions and opinions. The teachers help each child create relationships while they learn invaluable social emotional skills that will no doubt help my son excel in the years to come. The communication with the teachers and parents is thoughtful and consistent. Growing Curiosity is inclusive and exactly what our future generations need.
My kiddo has been at Growing Curiosity since he was 2.5 and is now aging out. This is a real hidden gem of a preschool! Our family will forever be grateful for the incredible community, friendship, and kindness we’ve experienced. Growing Curiosity has nurtured my child’s imagination, confidence, independence, and sense of wonderment. We feel extremely fortunate that our kiddo has been in their care these past years and has been loved and nurtured by his preschool family. I already know that we will all deeply miss the GC community. I greatly admire and appreciate the director and teachers’ dedication, honest and open communication, patience, empathy, compassion, and kind but firm approach with the children. I cannot begin to recommend enough!
We’ve had the loveliest experience at Growing Curiosity. From our daughter’s very first day the teachers were welcoming and thoughtful in fostering an environment for her to learn and grow. Over her year here she’s become more confident socially and academically. We highly recommend GC and feel grateful for our daughter’s time there!
