About Amiguitos Spanish Immersion Academy
Amiguitos Spanish Immersion Academy
Amiguitos Spanish Immersion Academy offers a 100% Spanish language environment for children ages 4 months to 6 years. Established in 2014, the program utilizes the Frogstreet and Niños Abordo curriculums, integrating social-emotional learning through Conscious Discipline. Families describe the center as a "home away from home" where native-speaking teachers provide individual attention in small group settings. The campus features dedicated outdoor play areas, science and art centers, and spaces for yoga and movement. The academy emphasizes cultural appreciation alongside core developmental milestones, fostering a community where children are inspired to grow and communicate across cultures.
What Parents Say
5 reviews from parents
My daughter loves Amiguitos. She even gets a little upset when she has to go home! The staff and environment are incredible.
Enrolling our 2 year old daughter in this early education Spanish immersion program has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. From the moment we arrived on the campus, it was clear that this is more than just a school—it’s a community where children are genuinely loved, supported, and inspired to grow. The location is beautiful, inviting, and feels like home. The small student-teacher ratios are so wonderful for both the kids and the teachers! It’s clear that the teachers treat our children with so much love and care, and we know our daughter is getting individual attention throughout the day. It’s been so reassuring for us as parents to see how our daughter is thriving at Amiguitos, and such a relief that she asks every day if she can go to school to see her “amigos”! Despite coming from a single language household, our daughter has quickly picked up on Spanish during her almost 6 months at Amiguitos, and we are surprised at her progress every day! We can’t wait to see how the full immersion approach affects her development and appreciation for different cultures long-term.
We love Amiguitos! Our son started when he was almost 10 months old, and it’s been the best experience for him. We love the curriculum, community events, and just the overall loving environment they create for our son! He’s 3 now and always comes home excited to tell us about his friends and activities the teachers had planned for the day. We love the constant communication and updates with photos. We appreciate so much that every staff member at Amiguitos knows our son and the culture they have created for us as parents!
We love Amiguitos because they truly care about the kids and go above and beyond to help whenever needed. We have watched our child thrive under their care and feel assured that they are providing academic support and social skills in a positive and fun environment. Thanks for all your hard work taking care of our little one every day!!
We absolutely adore Amiguitos! Our daughter has been a student since she was 6 months old (she's now almost 3) and our 5 month old son just started last month. We feel so comforted that our kids are in fantastic, loving hands during the day. Could not recommend this school enough!
