What Parents Say

My 1 year old loves going here. So glad we found this place nearby. They send pictures daily and he looks super happy in every one of them! They maintain the place really well and his teachers are very caring and update us with his progress. Highly recommend considering if you are looking for a daycare!
Update: Changed daycares after director and co-director left. The center had staff challenges and a few quick teacher turn overs had us leave. The kids were sad and definitely miss Ms Natasha and Ms Ruth - PreK teachers. The PreK graduation they held was sweet. Out of the 5 daycares we visited, KinderCare came in on top. We compared by affordability, cleanliness, knowledge and care for sensory needy kids, and teacher-student ratio. The director and co-director (Misti and Savannah) communicated professionally and kept us informed as our kids were getting settled in. The teachers have been there long term, are kind, and gentle. Our sensory needy kiddo is loving the school and making friends and learning so much!! Such a relief to have a caring staff watching our kids. Y’all are amazing! Thanks!!
That place is a zoo and was told on my first day that “they’re not worried about curriculum.” Basically They just need a babysitter in the classroom and not an actual teacher. Theres no order and a high tolerance for teachers and other children to get hurt. They will worry about the troublemaker before even comforting your child. I was kicked in the face my first day and the director just ignored the fact a child did that to a teacher snd no parents were called. They wait the whole day just to talk to the parent and all thats said is “They had a rough time after being dropped off.” No specifics to the situation. Take your children elsewhere. If you don’t want your child to get hurt, look into way better schools than this.
Absolutely love my children’s teachers. They are the most dedicated, loving, and supportive individuals. I have experience with several other childcare centers due to having an older child, and they are hands down the best. They implement the most creative activities and send pictures every day. I can’t imagine my boys being anywhere else, and I’m so glad we have found this inclusive and safe environment. Can’t imagine them spending these important years anywhere else, with anyone else!
My daughter unfortunately attended this daycare starting at 8 months old. We just started at The Hope Children's Center now that she’s 2 and the difference in facilities, staff, curriculum, cleanliness etc is night and day. The last week my child was enrolled there were 14 children in one class to ONE teacher. We constantly got emails asking us to keep our kids home because their ‘ratios’ were bad. (As if we just drop our kids off for fun). This basically was the case for several months. My daughter was always sick, and I found out that they don’t pay for a janitor to clean- the revolving door of poorly paid teachers have to do it. The foods offered to the children are low quality and out of the blue one day they stopped providing diapers but didn’t lower tuition. This place is a mess and whenever I brought my concerns up, they were met with attitude or with shock that any parent would be unhappy with the way the place was run. Do yourself a favor and bring your child somewhere else. There are many options nearby that are the same price and MUCH better.
