Brushy Creek Kindercare

This is a great school, I highly recommend sending your kid here, my frustration is with my child’s dad I apologize for mis directing. This staff are always looking for ways to make these kids happy. While my daughter will not be coming back she loves kinder care & they cared for my daughter I could tell.

I’m writing this review to express serious concerns about how this daycare handled a situation involving my children. A report to CPS was filed based solely on something a child allegedly said to their parent, and that parent then passed the information along to the daycare. At no point did staff witness or directly hear anything themselves. This means the report was made entirely on third- party-hearsay, which under Texas law and mandated reporting guidelines, does not meet the legal threshold of “reasonable suspicion” unless supported by additional indicators of potential abuse or neglect which were not present in this case. What makes this even more troubling is that the daycare issued written documentation explicitly stating there was no reasonable cause to suspect abuse or neglect. Despite that, they still moved forward with the report. This raises serious concerns about their understanding and application of their duties as mandated reporters. Filing a report is a serious legal action, and it must be grounded in reasonable suspicion, not assumptions or secondhand narratives. Ultimately, the investigation found the allegations to be unfounded, and it became clear that my children were wrongfully implicated, while the child responsible for the inappropriate comments was never held accountable. The emotional distress and disruption this caused could have been avoided entirely with responsible judgment and proper adherence to reporting standards. Parents place trust in childcare providers not only to care for our children, but to handle sensitive matters ethically, lawfully, and with sound discretion. That trust was broken. I urge any parent considering this facility to ask how they define and apply the legal threshold of “reasonable suspicion” because when that standard isn’t respected, the consequences are serious. To make matters worse, the only communication I received from the facility afterward was an email reminding me that I still owed a payment, citing policy. Despite the trauma my family experienced, I was informed that I was still expected to pay two additional weeks of tuition, even though my children were no longer attending due to the damage that had been done

Brushy Creek KinderCare has been an amazing place for our children! The teachers genuinely care for each child, providing individualized attention that makes every child feel valued and supported. Miss Selena, in particular, has done a phenomenal job creating engaging activities that inspire creativity and foster a love of learning. Her thoughtful approach strikes the perfect balance between fun and structure, ensuring that the kids are not only enjoying themselves but also developing important skills. Our kids absolutely adore Miss Selena and all the other wonderful teachers at Brushy Creek KinderCare.

Great daycare center! Directors/managers Ashley and Paige are excellent at communication and coordination with us and our little one. Teacher Ms. Natalie provides energetic and positive care as evident by the glowing smile we see on our daughters' face from the day photos and at pickup. The center itself has impressive space and large windows establishing a sunny and free environment.

We love the staff at KinderCare! They have looked after all 3 of our children and they were excited to go every day. The staff is kind and patient and always promptly reports any accidents. Highly recommend this location!!
