AISD Blazier Intermediate Third Base

Located on-site at Blazier Intermediate School, the Third Base program provides a seamless transition from the classroom to a structured after-school environment. The program is designed specifically for students in grades 3 through 6, offering a balance of academic time, physical activity, and social development. Students participate in the CATCH curriculum for active play and have dedicated space for reading and homework completion. Led by staff trained in CPR and First Aid, the program emphasizes social-emotional learning (SEL) to help students navigate their school years with confidence. Facilities include access to the school gym, computer labs, and classrooms, ensuring children have the resources they need for both recreation and study. A daily snack is provided that meets HHSC standards, keeping students energized until pick-up at 6:00 PM.
