De aka Madre Daycare is a magical place for children. Victoria, the director, is hands down the most intuitive, patient, creative and responsive mom and caregiver I have ever met. Her background in nursing and yoga add an extra special layer of expertise to her care giving skills. She manages her teachers with fairness and kindness. Always seeking more knowledge she is involved in a research study about the benefits of nature based education in early childhood. When she has cared for my son I was able to be at ease, knowing his was protected and having a great time. She has 100% of my trust and I would highly recommend her program to anyone seeking care for their child or baby.
This year's ('21) end of year winter Full Moon Retreat was STELLAR! Yoga+Meditation+Live Sound/Music, Chef prepared food, Cacao Ceremony, Fellowship. I'm looking forward to the next one! Did I mention it took place at the amazing Samadhi Retreat near Wimberly TX, in the Texas Hill Country? Beautiful and rejuvenating nature for us to breathe in for miles around! I'm thinking about who to invite for the next weekend retreat.
Victoria is a beautiful combination of thoughtful and gifted. Her approach to the practice of yoga is multi-faceted in that she brings so much knowledge from her nursing training and grounds that in the practice of yoga...that is so much more than making shapes with our bodies. She really taps into the energy of the space and brings out the best in it. I definitely recommend.
I have the pleasure to co-partner with Thor in sound and yoga! I am grateful to weave apart of myself as we provide loving and groovy self love practice sound community growth magic bruja full moon vibes! We started with our first collaboration 2 years ago! It keeps getting better each time! Her knowledge and passion for the body mind and spirit is magic!
Victoria is an incredible yoga instructor. Her flows are well-thought out and meaningful. She encourages everyone to have their own practice and go at their own pace while showing you how to improve. Going to her yoga classes is the kind of self-care I recommend to everyone. If you’re in Austin, you should definitely make this part of your day.
