What Parents Say
5 reviews from parents
We’ve LOVED our experience with Childs Day! Our toddler just started his second year and we’re looking forward to sending our soon to be born second next year as well. They put the children together by age, and not within a whole year, but within months of each other so all the milestones and developments are aligned. We had such a tough time using nannys before we started here. I was very apprehensive initially using a daycare vs keeping our child home with a nanny, but truly he’s thrived and been so happy here! He’s become very social and the school does a wonderful job keeping us updated in real time daily with pictures, updates, naps, everything. It gives great peace of mind as a parent. We plan to use Childs Day for all our future children!
A wonderful daycare. The teachers are very kind and loving, and proactive in planning activities to support the children's development. The children are organized into small classes with the same children and teachers everyday, which is a big plus for us. We have been so happy with our choice to send our children to Child's Day.
We put our 7 month old in the care of child’s day. We are wrapping up one year with them and the experience has been amazing. The teachers are extremely attentive and caring. Our child has learned so much here. It has given two working parents great peace of mind to know our child is well taken care of.
We were initially recommended to this daycare by several colleagues and friends who had sent their children here a few years ago and spoke positively about their experiences. That gave us confidence in choosing it for our own child. Unfortunately, our experience has been very different — and not in a good way. We’ve felt a clear sense of prejudice during our time here, and I personally witnessed teachers ignore my child’s requests multiple times during pickup. It was disheartening to see that kind of inattentiveness, especially in front of a parent. The facilities are extremely poor, and what alarmed us most was seeing children being transported in large plastic industrial bins — completely inappropriate and unsafe. Over time, we’ve also heard more and more complaints from other parents, which echoes what we’ve experienced. For the cost, the care and quality simply do not add up. We would not recommend this daycare to others based on our experience.
I can not rave enough about how amazing my son’s experience at Child’s Day was. Miss Brianna & Miss Cindy in the Little Lambs classroom are truly amazing, one of a kind teachers. My son learned so much during our time here and was always excited to tell me what he did that day. This daycare is very focused on education and learning in a fun way that really engages the kids. There were so many fun activities for the kids like raising their own butterflies, visits from the firefighters, etc. and events for families to join. The kids learn a different letter and theme (such as community service) each week. We were very sad to leave as we moved back home but we’ll never forget how amazing this school was—it truly raised the bar and I don’t know if anywhere else will be able to compare!
