We were there for 3+ years with our kids and are so grateful for both teachers and office staff! They really got to know and love our kids. Any small issues that came up were quickly resolved.
My son has been at Primrose School of Southwest Austin for almost four years and today is our last day before he goes to Elementary School. Over the years it has been amazing to watch him learn and grow. The staff is exceptional and truly care about each and every child. We love receiving pictures of their daily activities and of the kids having fun! They are patient, kind, warm, loving and foster such a positive learning environment. We have made so many wonderful memories here and will truly miss seeing everyone daily. It is very bittersweet to leave such an amazing place but I am so happy we were able to have been a part of it. We cannot thank the teachers and staff enough for taking such great care of our son and would absolutely recommend Primrose School of Southwest Austin time and time again!
Communication is top notch I receive multiple photos and updates throughout the day, curriculum is full of enhancement activities and they follow the curriculum , we love how attentive and caring everyone is, teachers go above and beyond to help our daughter get adjusted to Primrose, food menus are healthy and they know how to approach to picky eaters. I already recommended Primrose Southwest location to one of our friends moving to Austin and their son will start at Primrose soon. So glad our daughter is at Primrose now!
As two parents who work full-time, we’re beyond thankful for the amazing patience and guidance the teachers and wonderful staff have shown as we navigate our little one's developmental milestones and stages together. Watching our happy little girl grow and thrive in such a wonderful environment has been such a joy! We are excited to introduce our newest addition to the rest of our Primrose family!
The staff and faculty at Primrose are truly wonderful. My child had a tough time adjusting to a new daycare and every day, his teachers were ready to give him a warm embrace and comfort him. The school is clean, well-organized, and the classrooms are a great size for the kids. The communication from both teachers and faculty is so helpful as a parent. We always knew how his day went including photos from various daily activities. Can’t say enough good things about our time at Primrose!
