What Parents Say
3 reviews from parents
My kid went to this preschool last year & it was the best decision. He learned so much here, the staff was always so sweet &friendly we never had a complaint. They do a great job with the kiddos.
I really love all the staff and teachers at this school. They are amazing! They are so sweet and are so patient with all the kids. I see my child growing and learning more everyday. She comes home wanting to do everything by herself. She also asks to do her preschool activity books. Not just on her ipad. I also love how diverse the school is. I feel so lucky to have my child going to this school. Thanks to all the staff and teachers for your continuous love and support. You all are making a difference in these children's life. Thank you for always greetings us with smiles. You all make my day and it makes me happy to know my child is safe. ❤️

Safety Record
Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) records (License PL-81385) reveal five 'Serious' violations between 2023 and 2024. No formal provider complaints have been filed against this location as of January 2026.
Parent Reputation
Parent reputation is generally positive, with families highlighting the significant financial relief of the tuition-free model and satisfaction with the Montessori-inspired curriculum. Some parents on local forums noted that the lottery-based admission system makes enrollment highly competitive and difficult to secure. Professional sentiment from the early childhood education community is mixed, with some experts expressing concern over the organization's independent 'startup' approach and its limited collaboration with established public programs.
Staff Insights
Employee reviews for the broader organization report a 3.7/5 rating on Indeed, with staff praising the high compensation (often 25-50% above industry average), comprehensive benefits, and free Montessori certification. However, some reviews mention that the 'startup' nature of the academy leads to ambiguity in procedures and that corporate management can feel 'stifling' compared to the on-site team. Specific job listings for the Federal Way site show competitive wages for support roles, such as $22-$33 per hour for food service staff.
